Q: How do I book you?

A: Once you are ready to book please email me at jenny@milansnowphotography.com. Please indicate which session you would like to schedule. We can discuss and confirm the availability that we can both agree upon. I will then send you a contract and a Paypal link for the full payment.

Q: Can I upload your photos to a social media website?

A:  Sure, I would love for you to share your moments.

  • I do ask not to crop or edit the photos. If you are uploading them to Instagram, please use the Instasize app to keep the integrity of the picture.  (The free application can be downloaded through your app store)

Q: What should or shouldn’t I wear to the photo shoot?

A: I recommend clothes that flatter your figure and reflect your personality. Royal blues, purples, teals, orange and yellow tend to stand out more in the pictures. Avoid loud prints since it can be distracting. Compliment your skin tone and avoid being washed out. I don’t recommend pastel colors if you are lighter skinned and darker colors if you have darker skin.

Q: What is the best time to take pictures?

A: There are only two times that I set my outdoor sessions. Early in the morning around 7a to get the early beautiful sunrise light and by 4pm to capture the evening light before sunset.

Q: Do you offer CD’s or USB’s

A: I only offer my pictures on a USB drive with high resolution size for prints and low resolution for web and social media uploads.

Q: Can I bring props to my shoot?

A: Yes! I definitely recommend bringing something to enhance your photo shoots. The list can include but not limited to Balloons, Hats, Letter Blocks, Wedding props…etc. Come prepared, I am open to ideas of your own and trying new things.

Q: How far and when do you book out?

A: Up to 2 months in advance. I prefer Sundays and weekdays.

Q: How long does the photo session last?

A: Most sessions are 1-2 hours depending on the type of session you scheduled.

Q: What is your rescheduling policy?

A: I understand life happens, we can definitely reschedule based on my next availability. Weather is hard to predict and if necessary, we can reschedule for another day.

Q: When can I preview my pictures?

A: Usually the following day, I like to provide one sneak peek through text message or email. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the gallery. You can then decide what photos to print. Depending on the package, I can send you the images via USB.

Q: How long do orders take?

A: It can take up to 3 weeks for you to receive your photos.

Q: Can you remove your watermark from my photos in the online gallery?

A: No. The watermark is there for copyright purposes and is automatically added onto the image.

Q: Will you touch up my photos?

A: Yes. They will be professionally edited.
